DMCA Policy for Rsv Vaccine Bivirkninger

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification under Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. Your counter-notification must be in writing and contain substantially the following information:

  • Identification of the material removed or disabled: Identify the specific URL(s) or other identifying location(s) of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Rsv Vaccine Bivirkninger may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
